Shea specializes in creating routines that bring out the very best in each Queen, meeting them where they are at , listening to the goals they have and becoming a support system throughout the journey. Having competed in the Miss America system (she was first runner up to Shawntel Smith in Miss OK 1995) Shea brings that first hand experience on what it is like to navigate this niche world. She then combines that with her work as a award winning film, tv and theater director and choreographer and longtime faculty member a Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway.
